I'm a non-profit strategist, coach, and former fundraising executive who has spent my career on the front lines of fundraising and volunteer management. Over the past two decades, I've led development teams, built fundraising programs from the ground up, and lived through the real pressures of growth, scarcity, and constant change, so I know firsthand how demanding this work can be.

I started From the Field Coaching + Advisory because I care deeply about the people doing this work. Too many talented, dedicated non-profit leaders burn out or leave the sector before they ever get to see their full impact, and that's a loss for everyone the mission was meant to serve. I want to change that. My work is rooted in genuinely believing in the leaders I coach, and in giving them the support, strategy, and encouragement to stay, grow, and thrive in this field.

A bit about me: I'm raising a toddler with my husband and am passionate about building a family life here in San Francisco. You can find us at our local playground playing chase, checking out a new stack of books from our neighborhood library, playing fetch with our goldendoodle at the park, or enjoying a Sunday morning at the farmers market with friends.

That same sense of care and intention shapes how I show up for my clients. Just as I want my family to have room to grow, connect, and thrive, I want that for the leaders I work with, too. I know firsthand that doing meaningful work and building a full life outside of it aren't in competition with each other, they're both part of the same picture. That belief is at the heart of every coaching relationship I build.
